Our Team

When it comes to working with a personal trainer, it's all about teamwork.  Our trainers are all experienced, intuitive, fun and compassionate.  They draw upon years of fieldwork and expertise, as well as their own passions and interests, to help you find your path, break destructive cycles and barriers, and get you in the best physical shape of your life.

We've assembled a truly diverse team - each with his or her own specialty, well-respected in the industry, and fully degreed and certified - so that we can always match your needs to someone who understands them.

Steve Schulz - Owner / Executive Director
Raised in the mountains of Wyoming and Colorado, Steve is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys cycling, rowing, hiking, backpacking, riding horses, snowshoeing - anything outdoors.  With over 18 years experience in the fitness industry, Steve focuses on teaching and educating each client on how the body works and why the programs he creates work for them.  His goal is to empower each client with the tools to build and maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

Gina Marchi - Program Director / Personal Trainer
Gina brings to STRADA over 20 years of fitness experience ranging from rehabilitative work to individual program design.  She has worked with people of all shapes and abilities throughout her years of teaching and training - ranging from children to seniors.  With a passion for running, if you're looking to complete your first 5K or challenge yourself with a marathon, she can help you reach that goal.  Gina specializes in prenatal/postnatal women, runners and cyclists but enjoys working with everyone who has a goal and wants to reach it.
