Effective April 1, 2006 businesses know as TRI Level Fitness and TRI Level Performance have come under one roof and created STRADA. Along with the name change there have been new programs added, new staff hired and an exciting new direction put in place! I just wanted to be the first to say what a great new web site you have!! Great job!! Steve, I'm so sorry I didn't make it to session today. Doesn't someone else on this blog want to trade a Wednesday mid-morning personal training time for something earlier in the 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. time slot....? Any day.???

Steve, congrats - looks great. Looking forward to the bike and hike on Saturday! I agree - I'd wear a STRADA bike jersey too! Can I trade in one of my tri - level jersies? (right - just want you want!!)
